1. General Returns Policy
- You may raise a request to return or replace a product within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.
- In case you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired product, or if any items are missing, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Returns or replacements will not be accepted if:
- The seal of the product has been broken or the product has been used.
- The return request is raised for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect variant/colour/size ordered, or if the product is no longer needed.
- The returned product fails to clear our quality check.
2. Return & Replacement Conditions
For a successful return or replacement, please ensure that:
- A video of the unboxing is made at the time of opening the package as proof.
- The product is returned in its original condition, including:
- Brand outer box,
- MRP tag,
- Hologram/batch number,
- Warranty cards, user manual, and original accessories (if applicable).
- The product was not damaged while in your possession.
- The product matches what was originally shipped.
- Return pickup will be arranged by us within 3-7 working days after approval of your request.
If these conditions are not met, the return/replacement may not be processed.
3. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Products
- If the outer packaging is damaged/tampered, we recommend you do not accept the delivery.
- If the inner product is damaged or if items are missing/incorrect, please share the following details with us at shribalaji015@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery:
- Name, Contact details, Order ID, Product Name & Batch Number,
- Images/video of the packaging and product,
- Invoice copy.
- After verification, our team will arrange a replacement or refund. Replacement is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we will issue a refund.
4. Cancellation Policy
(i) Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
- You can cancel via:
- My Orders section in your account, or
- Email us at shribalaji015@gmail.com, or call us at +91-9268885807 (Mon–Sat, 11 AM–6 PM).
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
(ii) Cancellation by Gmcsupplements.com
We may cancel an order in cases such as:
- Incorrect pricing or product information,
- Non-availability of product or stock,
- Any other unforeseen reason as deemed necessary.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product clears our Quality Check (QC).
- Timeline:
- For prepaid orders (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, wallets): Refund will be processed to the same payment method within 7 business days after QC. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 working days to reflect the amount.
- For Cash on Delivery orders: Refund will be made via bank transfer to the account shared by you through email.
- No refunds will be issued to third-party accounts; the name on the order must match the bank account holder’s name.
- If replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
6. Return Shipping & Pickup
- Return pickup will be arranged by us within 3-7 working days after approval of your request.
- Our delivery partner will make two pickup attempts. If unsuccessful, the return request will be closed. A new request can be raised if still eligible.
- Return shipping is free of cost for eligible cases.
7. Other Important Points
- If you have used discount vouchers, they will be considered redeemed and cannot be reissued.
- If you used loyalty points, they will be credited back to your account in case of cancellation.
- Refunds/returns may be refused if we find evidence of misuse of policy, fraud, or excessive returns.
8. Shipping & Tracking
- Gmcsupplements.com ships orders across India only.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS/email, or you can check the status in the My Orders section.
- Once approved, the exchange/replacement product will be shipped and delivered within 7-10 working days.
