How to Consume?
Add 12 – 20 fl oz (360 ml – 600 ml) of water to a shaker cup or blender and then add 1 serving of powder; shake or blend for 15 – 20 seconds and enjoy — you may use 2 servings per day! Adjust the amount of water to achieve your personal taste preference. Drink one serving gourmet shake post-workout, one in between meals, or before bed for maximum results!
